Grönska is the first album by Stockhom based ambient project Brugd.
It's a record about managing a life full of stress and anxiety and trying to find peace through sounds and nature.

It’s a hugely personal record, written and recorded at a strange period full of death, illness and feelings of stress and anxiety. But it’s also about a dream of calmness and a stress free life. About hope.
